How do I activate my license?›
Open the app, go to Settings, and enter your email address and serial number exactly as they appear in your purchase confirmation. An internet connection is required for the first activation.
How many computers can I install on?›
Each license allows activation on up to 2 machines. If you need to move to a new computer, use the Deactivate button in Settings first to free up a slot.
My trial period has expired — what do I do?›
Purchase a license from the Products page to unlock the full version. Your settings and preferences are preserved after activation.
The app says "Could not connect to the activation server".›
Check your internet connection and firewall settings. If you're on a corporate or university network, outbound HTTPS connections may be blocked. Try activating on a personal connection.
I need to deactivate on a machine I no longer have access to.›
Contact us at the email below. Include your serial number and we will reset your activation.
