License Grant

Attack Ratio Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to the number of machines specified at purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.

Trial Period

Software may be used free of charge for a 14-day evaluation period. Continued use after the trial period requires purchase of a valid license.

Refunds

Refund requests are considered within 30 days of purchase for software that cannot be made to function as described. Please contact support with details before initiating a refund.

Prohibited Uses

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the license verification mechanisms of the software.

Updates

License purchases include all minor updates within the same major version. Major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted price to existing license holders.

Limitation of Liability

Attack Ratio Digital software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Attack Ratio Digital is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Attack Ratio Digital operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
